Industrial

Wheeler Electric has been involved with industrial electrical projects since the early days of its incorporation. Our firm has successfully completed work on high-voltage substations, nuclear installations, malting plants, food processing & packaging plants, mining facilities, and various other projects. We maintain maintenance contracts and perform small electrical upgrades and installations for many of the wonderful facilities in our local area.

  • Wolverine Wind Farm
The Wolverine Wind Farm was erected in Bone, Idaho. This project, consisting of over 40 windmills located across several square miles, represented exciting new heights for Wheeler Electric. Our crews were able to complete the work on these 290 foot windmills during the final quarter of 2006.

  • Malting Plants
Both the Anheuser-Busch Budweiser malting plant and the Grupo Modelo's Corona Plant in Idaho Falls, Idaho represent some of the highly technical, challenging projects that Wheeler Electric has seen through to completion in the past. Here is the interior of one of the Anheuser-Busch silos.

This is some of the precise work done by our electricians in planning & installing complex banks of conduit and wire.

  • Street Lighting
Two of our long term employees put the finishing touches on one of the beautiful light poles installed along the Idaho Falls Greenbelt.

  • Mountain Home Air Force Base
